Ok, not great. January 6, 2009 Erin D. Morehead (Houston) These did not want to stay up, and so did not help at all to prevent rubbing. They are good for shoes that do not rub though.
Love these liners! November 10, 2008 Santo's Mama (TX USA) These liners are comfortable, invisible regardless of what shoes I wear, and stay in place all day.
Good liner for ballet shoes November 2, 2008 amerasu (San Francisco, CA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have two pairs of shoes I use with these with, the Ecco Bouillon Ballerina shoe and the Bouillon Mary Jane (both from 2008 line). It works great with both of them, although you can see the liner a little bit (less so with the ballerina shoe). I don't mind it though. The silicon patch on the heel works pretty well to keep these on. I have to adjust it once in a while, but not enough to be annoying. I usually wear a size 8.5 or 9 shoe and the S/M fit me well. I had also tried a Banana Republic liner, and you could see it much more. It would also slip off my foot with certain shoes. Overall, I think Hue liner works well and is comfortable all day long.
Here's the Trick... October 9, 2008 No Expert (TX, USA) I've got a pair of those ultra low ballerina flats. These HUE Hidden Liners don't get the job done -- there's too much fabric creeping up over the little toe side. Not a hot look. Now, HUE also has a So Soft Liner, and it JUST BARELY works with my ballerina flats, BUT the trick is to wear them backwards. There's a hunk of junk over the toes, but the heel has just the tiniest bit of fabric, so slide that heel end over your toes and the toe end over your heel, and the liners will stay pretty well hidden. The trick doesn't work with these Hidden Liners because of the large, no-slip sticky heel. The HUE Aromatherapy Liners also have the itty bitty heel that wears nicely backwards, and they smell nice for a few washes. I got the pink peppermint ones. HUE... if you're out there... PLEASE MAKE SMALLER PEDS! Out of sheer nylon, if you could. Like the ones made for trying on shoes that are impossible for mere noncorporate entities like myself to procure through honest means!
Buy them!!! July 24, 2008 S. Magruder 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
I wear a lot of closed toe casual flats and my other liners always show somewhere aroudn the shoe--even my "low cut" liners. Not to mention, my other liners will eventually slip off my heel. Not these babies!!! These liners are cut with just enough fabric to keep them on your feet. And the best part is, they has a silicone rubber patch on the inside of the heel to help it stay on better. Mine haven't slipped off yet! I never see them peeking out of my shoes either :-) I wear shoe sizes 7-8 and have the liners in the S/M size--perfection!
