I have the GE Nighthawk SPORT 9006 bulbs on my car, and liked them a lot. So, I picked these up for my wife's car.
Unfortunately, the results weren't that great. They're marginally brighter than stock lights, and much less yellow, but not nearly as bright or white Nighthawk bulbs in other sizes.
Unless you're taking advantage of an Amazon promotion, I wouldn't pay a premium for Nighthawk Sport bulbs in 9700 (but absolutely would for 9600's).

When these said "street legal" and blue-white light, I thought I was getting a bargain on some high powered headlights. As it turns out, these are "good" quality bulbs, but surely not what I was expecting. Overall, I would say they improved my visibility by 30% which is important because once or twice a week I have to drive for a few hours in the middle of the night through long stretches of road without street lamps.
However, I would classify the output more as "white", definitely not yellow or blue at all. If you just want some good quality bulbs to increase your night time visibility, these would be a good choice.
I took them to Walmart for installation, I think they only charged me $4.50 to install them, which is a good deal since the bulbs are hard to get to in my car. They also gave me my old bulbs back in case a bulb goes out and I'm in a pinch to replace it.
