Not a good product. September 3, 2008 Dina (KS) It arrived dirty with fingerprints all over the teething ring. The idea of the vibration is good, but it didn't last more than a few minutes! It's hard for a baby to bite and bend it, cause this is how the vibration is supposed to work. I HAD to wash it(being very careful to avoid the green part) and it stopped working completely. Not recommended to anyone!!!
Wish I could give 0 stars July 19, 2008 T. Liddell (Chicago, Illinois) This teether came as part of a set purchased from Amazon and it never worked. The design of the teether would make for a great product if it worked. The teether is made of a nice durable material, there are multicolored beads inside, each ring has a raised imprint of either a star, frog, crab etc... The idea of a vibrating teether sounds like it would be comforting for a teething infant but it must actually vibrate. Sorry LeapFrog someone dropped the ball on this one.
Once vibration quits, you have to throw away. May 15, 2008 E. S. Patterson (Galatia, IL) Vibration is difficult to activate. I have to squeeze the side my 7-month old doesn't have in her mouth in order to cause it to vibrate. She cannot bite hard enough to cause it to vibrate on her own (she has bottom 2 teeth and one eye-tooth). Plus, there is no way to put batteries in it- so once the vibration no longer works, it will just be a normal teething ring.
Doesn't vibrate for baby, but he loves it anyway May 9, 2008 D. Kubitz (Seattle, WA USA) The title pretty much says it all. The vibration requires too much pressure for our baby boy to activate, but he loves the teether anyway.
Too difficult for a baby May 3, 2008 B. Wettlaufer 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
At first I thought this was broken, but then found you had to squeeze it extremely hard, harder than a baby could ever do... and then it did stop working.
