Product Description Sonicare HX6932/10 Flexcare electric toothbrush. The FlexCare uses the newly designed ProResults brush heads with increased tooth coverage and a broader sweeping motion that results in better plaque removal. The ProResults brush heads come in two sizes: "standard" for a regular cleaning, and "mini" for precision in hard-to-reach areas. The toothbrush handle also has a new tapered design that is easier to grip, and with a non-slip soft grip for better control. Compared to the Sonicare Elite, the FlexCare is 30 percent smaller, 16 percent lighter, and has 80 percent less vibration, but achieves superior results. The FlexCare offers maximum flexibility with your teeth cleaning. There are three two-minute brushing modes that offer "Clean" mode for full power and optimal cleaning, "Sensitive" mode for gentler brushing in sensitive areas, and "Massage" mode for a stimulating, soothing cleaning action. The FlexCare also offers two routines: "GoCare" is a quick one-minute routine for between regular brushings, and "MaxCare" is a three-minute cleaning mode that combines two minutes of "Clean" mode with one minute of "Massage" mode. The specially engineered UV sanitizer helps to eliminate harmful bacteria commonly found on your toothbrush. Simply place the brush head in the FlexCare sanitizing unit, and with a single push of a button, your brush will be clean down to the bristles. Includes: Sonicare Toothbrush with two ProResults brush heads (Compact and Standard); UV Sanitizer with integrated charger; cord wrap, and brush head storage; travel charger; two hygenic travel caps; luxury soft travel case; and three additional color code rings. *Kills up to 99 percent of E. Coli and Streptococcus Mutans.

Cheap Plastic Buttons Fall Apart After 6 Months!!! December 2, 2008 VIDFAN (Astoria, NY USA) Unlike the older Sonicare models, this one has a cheap rubber green button that disintegrates after 6 months of usage. Five months into my brushing, it started fraying, grew holes, and popped out. I tried using superglue to keep it attached, but it was hopeless - by six months it had broken off completely and couldn't be glued back. Without the green covering, I resorted to using a metal rod to poke at the button to get it to start. Then the brush started vibrating even after I had turned it off (apparently it will work only with the green button!) Unfortunately, I lost my receipt and couldn't prove it was still under warranty, so I was out over $100!! Now I see the same type of cheap rubber is being used for the Sonicare FlexCare model. Buyer beware!
BRUSHHEAD FALLS OFF December 1, 2008 Charolette K. Boso (USA - WV) Was so wanting this brush. The Flexcare looked so great, all was fine during the slower break in time, but as soon as it was over, and it began going faster, Now each time I use it, while brushing the brushhead keeps falling off , over and over again. I put it back on and continue to brush and it falls off again, I have not heard of others with this problem ?? But not fun. Thank you
Buy It! December 1, 2008 JohnD (Texas) My first Sonicare was the IntelliClean model. I hated it. It was huge for one thing, like holding a tree limb. I could never find replacement heads or the toothpaste that was supposed to go in it either (not even at the Wal Mart I bought it at!) except online. This however, is an exceptional toothbrush. I love it. Sorry Amazon but I bought it new on Ebay for $109 after shipping. It's very small and not near the hassle to keep clean like my other one was. I'm still experimenting with the different cleaning modes but I really like the variety offered, particularly the massage mode. I also love the fact that it came with one large brush head and an addititonal small one that I can reach the backs of my back teeth with. I really like the idea of the UV cleaner too. I hope it is working but it at least gives me some piece of mind that I won't be having a bunch of flu germs procreating on my toothbrush ; )
Great design, but doesn't clean as well as Advance November 24, 2008 Bryan Scholtes (Minneapolis, MN United States) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I upgraded from an Advance 4000-series, for three reasons: battery was dying, gunk in head was awful, the base was getting calcified and difficult to clean even with CLR. The FlexCare has so many positives. Everyone has listed them here, and I can't add anything new. The design is wonderful, the gunk is 95% reduced, the charger base is nice and small. However, it doesn't clean as well as the Advance. The nice large brush area on the Advance just BLASTED my teeth clean. For four years my dentist was amazed at how clean my teeth were (and I barely flossed). On the other hand, the Flexcare's much smaller (and spikier) head just doesn't clean as well. I have a quadrant in my mouth that the brush just won't clean, and as a result I have significant plaque buildup in that quadrant. I've tried different angles, sequences of brushing, different gels... And the other quadrants collect food much faster than before. All my teeth remain smooth only until the next meal. With the Advance, they'd be smooth and shiny all day. I'm also flossing nightly now, because the brush doesn't get between teeth the way the Advance did. (I have also used Listerine twice a day sine 2002) Overall, the brush just seems wimpy. I like the reduction in noise but I miss the invigorating blast of the Advance. My dentist noticed immediately after only a few months of the new brush. All quadrants needed to be scraped, compared to zero with the Advance. I wanted to hard to give a 5 star review, but the brush is simply not working. I've taken to scraping my own teeth every couple of weeks. What am I doing wrong? I'm stuck with this expensive brush.
Back from the dentist clean November 17, 2008 musicalbelle I have used other electric toothbrushes in the past, but always ended up switching back to a conventional toothbrush because I felt like they never cleaned my teeth well enough. My dentist recommended I try a sonicare brush for an even better cleaning. However, I waited for years to purchase one because I thought the price was too much and I figured I could do just as good a job myself. Lately, I decided to go ahead and give it a try and I am sooo happy I did. I immediately noticed a difference in the brightness of my teeth, and they were soooo clean, as if I had just returned from the dentist. The sonicare brush also made it easy to get the teeth further back in my mouth really clean. This is definitely a great investment and I would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat. I am in love! Amazon shipped it within 24 hours too even though I selected the free shipping method. It comes with a carrying case, extra charger for travel and two brushheads with covers to keep them nice and clean during travel too which I love. This product deserves more than 5 stars!
